Heavy oil treatmentshome
Ekol-Unicon offers a wide range of services concerning organization of heavy oil management, incl.:

implementation of construction works and organization of heavy oil management (technology channels, loading tray, pumping sections, etc.),

completed implementation of heavy oil waste water treatment plant (capacity 1 - 5 m3/h).
Sewages containing heavy oil are treated with multi-stage processes in treatment plants produced by Ekol-Unicon.
Technology elaborated by Ekol-Unicon minimizes amount of produced sewages. Oil separated in technological process is turned back to installations of a plant. Treatment plants are adjusted to receive oil sludge produced in a plant.
Treated sewages are cooled to temperatures allowing to drop them to drainage system or natural receivers. Contents of petroleum derivative matters do not exceed 15 mg/dm³.
Operation of treatment plant (the main technological process) is completely automatic. Treatment plants require temporary supervision and filling up (e.g. turning back the separated oils to storage tanks).
