Bioekol – hybrid treatment planthome
Bioekol technology allows for flexible configuration of elements of treatment plant. That’s why it is possible for Ekol-Unicon’s designers to design individual solution for treatment plant in a size which does not occur as Mini or Midi or for local conditions, which do not allow for application of typical solutions.
This kind of treatment plant which consists of elements of typical treatment plant, but its configuration differs from Mini or Midi is called hybrid configuration..
Designing and constructing experience of Ekol-Unicon includes:

treatment plants made in existing concrete tank, adopted from old septic tank, with separated septic tank chambers (likely to Bioekol-Mini), biofilters chambers, installation chamber and secondary sand trap (likely to Bioekol-Midi);

treatment plants made as group of wells working as septic tanks, biological reactor, secondary sand trap. To increase capacity of biological reactor, a filter was increased and separated chamber for sedimentation was constructed.
Pressure of the market on applying technologies minimizing duration and range of construction cased increase of demand on hybrid treatment plants in prefabricated tanks produced by Ekol-Unicon. We offer individual solutions of hybrid treatment plants for 130÷450 MR in concrete prefabricates (Technical Approval COBRI INSTAL AT/2001-02-1132 and IBDIM AT/2002-04-1386). Hybrid configuration may also be applied in individual or adopted reinforced chambers.
